Turn Chaos Into
Clarity, One Log
at a Time
Immersive, hands-on workshops for engineering teams who want to master observability best practices, stop guessing at errors, and build dashboards they actually trust.
teams across 12 companies
Choose the depth of immersion
Whether you need a quick skill-up or a deep organizational overhaul, we customize the agenda to fit your timeline.
Half-Day Sprint
A focused 4-hour deep dive into a specific topic like "Reading Logs Effectively" or "Building Better Alerts." Perfect for teams with tight schedules who need immediate wins.
Full-Day Workshop
A comprehensive 8-hour session covering the full observability lifecycle—from ingestion to dashboarding. Includes hands-on labs and a working session on your actual stack.
Multi-Day Bootcamp
2-3 days of intensive immersion. We cover advanced tracing, anomaly detection, and incident management playbooks. Designed for teams starting from scratch or undergoing major restructuring.
What your team will actually learn
We don't just lecture; we simulate. Every workshop is built around your team's specific challenges, using your actual production data (sanitized) to make the lessons stick.
Reading Logs Effectively: Moving beyond error codes to understand the "who, what, and why" of every event stream. We teach pattern recognition and how to write logs that future-you will thank present-you for.
Writing Useful Alerts: Drowning in notifications? We teach the art of the "single alert per incident." Learn to suppress noise, route to the right channels, and craft on-call runbooks that reduce cognitive load.
Building Dashboards that Help: Stop building vanity metrics. We cover layout design, data storytelling, and how to visualize latency, throughput, and error rates in a way that highlights trends, not just noise.
Tooling Mastery: Hands-on sessions with the tools you use—Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, or ELK. We show you the "pro tips" that most documentation misses, helping your team work faster and smarter.
Logistics & Prerequisites
Remote & On-Site
Flexibility is key. We deliver workshops via Zoom/Teams for distributed teams, or fly onsite to your HQ to collaborate directly with your engineering squad in person. Hardware is provided if you need it.
Group Size
We recommend groups of 6 to 20 engineers for the optimal ratio of instructor guidance to peer collaboration. Smaller groups allow for deeper dives; larger groups allow for broader alignment.
Prerequisites
A basic understanding of Linux command line and the software development lifecycle is helpful. No prior experience with monitoring tools is required—we start from the ground up.
Environment
For virtual workshops, participants need a laptop with stable internet. We provide access to a sandbox environment with all necessary tools pre-installed so you can focus on learning, not setting up.
Resources that last beyond the workshop
Slide deck and code examples
Pre-workshop environment setup
Access to Q&A for 30 days post-event
Customized "Golden Signals" playbook
Real results from real teams
"LogFlow didn't just teach us how to read logs; they fundamentally changed how we think about incident response. The bootcamp cut our on-call resolution time in half in the first month."
Sarah Jenkins
Lead Engineer, FinStack
"We booked a half-day session for our junior devs. The hands-on exercises were game-changing. They stopped coming to me every time they saw a red error and started investigating on their own."
Marcus Rodriguez
VP of Engineering, CloudScale
